At the heart of my practice is a simple principle: I provide care for patients as if they are a family member. Transparent care is my core value.
Our practice does not lock you with treatment plan or pre-payments. We provide our patients with different options of care care built around their unique needs and circumstances.
I believe taking the time to understand what is going on with your health, and the reasons that are contributing to your condition, will achieve results that are always in your favor.
Our Consultations
-
Your first visit is a complete, start‑to‑finish assessment and treatment session (if appropiate) designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward. We begin with a detailed medical history to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, and contributing factors. This is followed by a spinal and postural assessment to identify movement patterns, and areas of restriction. When needed, orthopaedic and neurological tests help assess joints, muscles, ligaments, discs, and nerve pathways so we can pinpoint the structures involved and rule out more serious causes.
Once we’ve gathered the full picture, you’ll receive a clear explanation of what’s going on, what’s driving your symptoms, and how we can help. Your chiropractor will outline a tailored care plan, discuss treatment recommendations, and if clinically appropriate provide your first adjustment during this same visit. The focus is on transparency, no rushed decisions, and expert care built around helping you thrive.
Duration: 50 minutes
Includes: full assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan
Note: Depending on your condition and severity, X‑ray, CT, or MRI may be requested before beginning treatment if clinically indicated.
-
Follow-up visits: focus on management plan, clear monitoring your progress and continuing your care. Your chiropractor provides targeted adjustments and functional therapy to support ongoing improvement. We track how your body responds, refine what it is needed, and ensure your recovery stays on the right path.
Duration 20 min
-
A quick, focused visit for patients who just need assessment and hands‑on care. We identify the area causing trouble and provide precise manual therapy or adjustments to help restore movement and ease symptoms simple, efficient, and effective.
Duration 10 min
-
A Medicare EPC visit is structured differently because it follows the GP‑issued care plan. These appointments focus on goal‑based management, progress tracking, and communication back to your GP. Treatment is still provided, but the session must include measurable outcomes, updates to your care plan, and documentation required under Medicare rules.
Medicare EPC patients differ because:
The GP sets the referral and clinical goals
Progress must be formally recorded and reported
Treatment is delivered within the framework of a chronic condition plan
The rebate applies only to the consultation, not the full fee
Visits are designed to support long‑term management rather than quick symptom relief
Note: New Patients with EPC plan visit will need to pay gap.

Questions & Answers
-
Chiropractic is a healthcare profession focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially those involving the spine, muscles, joints, and nerves. It emphasizes a hands-on, non-invasive approach to allow your body to do the healing for you.
-
Absolutely, chiropractic care is considered safe when provided by a qualified and registered chiropractor. Your chiropractor will discuss the relevant considerations prior to adjustments to ensure the approach suits your medical history and goals.
-
Question of the year ! :)
That sound is simply gas releasing from a joint as it moves during adjustment. It’s definitely not your bones rubbing or anything harmful.
Chiropractors refer to it as cavitation as negative pressure is created during high velocity low amplititude adjustment. Many techniques don’t produce any sound at all.
-
This varies from person to person. Your chiropractor will outline a plan based on:
Your current condition
How long it has been present
Your lifestyle and daily demands
Your goals (relief, correction, maintenance, performance)
Recommendations will be suggested and outlined for you to make the decision.
At Spirit Chiropractic you’re always in control of your care.
-
A chiropractic adjustment is a controlled force applied to a joint, typically in the spine, to restore proper movement and improve function. It’s designed to reduce inflammation, reduce pain and improve blood flow and nerve supply to support your body’s natural healing processes.
-
Definitely not,
Imaging is only recommended when clinically appropriate—for example, if your history or examination suggests it would provide useful information.
Most people do not require imaging before starting care.
-
Chiropractors are considered primary healthcare providers. That means you don’t need a referral to see one. They’re trained to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal issues, there are many chiropractors often working alongside other medical professionals.
-
Yes, Spirit Chiropractic medicare services are bulk billed and no gap payment is required. Importantly a referral from your GP is required for Chronic Disease Management (CDM) or Enhanced Primary Care (EPC).

No exercise habit is inherently wrong, but our chiropractic recovery model is built on one simple rule: we only prescribe what works specifically for you.
By applying the STRIVE Protocol, we cut out generic routines and tailor every movement to your exact functional capacity ensuring your rehab is as unique as your body.
Every patient who walks through our door presents a unique functional capacity, from completely immobile individuals to high-performance athletes, and everyone in between. A rigid, one-size-fits-all rehab model simply doesn't work.
Enter the STRIVE Protocol: a dynamic movement and exercise framework designed to factor in every patient's needs comprehensively, regardless of where they start.
What is STRIVE?
Subconsciously Controlled – Retraining automatic movement patterns and subconscious stabilization.
Task-Orientated – Grounding exercises in functional, real-world activities that matter to the patient.
Reactive – Building dynamic balance, quick adjustments, and neuromuscular adaptability.
Intelligently Varied – Continuously modulating load, vectors, and complexity to drive progress without burnout.
Emotional – Addressing the mindset, confidence, and psychological connection to movement recovery.
Whether restoring basic mobility or pushing past physical plateaus, the STRIVE framework adapts to the individual, meeting every patient exactly where they are.
