Cervicogenic Headache

Cervicogenic headache is incredibly common today — and a big part of that comes from how our lifestyle has changed. With smartphones, laptops, and long hours on screens, the neck is under far more load than it was designed for.

When the neck is held in one position for too long, the cervical vertebrae and surrounding joints can become dysfunctional. That dysfunction doesn’t just stay in the neck it can refer pain upward into the head, behind the eye, into the temple, or across one side of the skull.

This is what we call a cervicogenic headache: a headache driven by the neck, not the brain. And millions of people experience it every day.
